Isobar China promotes Cindy Lee to Brand President

In this newly created role, she will report directly to Keita Ishikawa, Chief Executive Officer of dentsu China’s Creative Service Line. 

Cindy, who has been with Isobar since July 2017 and served as Managing Partner since March 2020, will now oversee all Isobar operations in China and drive future growth, leveraging her exceptional agency and client experience. Cindy’s mission will be to continue Isobar’s evolution as an unparalleled, world-leading integrated creative experience agency, focusing on building a differentiated offering around Strategy and Innovation, Brand Design, Creative Commerce and Content, underpinned by its unique culture and talent.

Before joining Isobar, Cindy worked at Trio in numerous client servicing roles and played a pivotal role in the Trio Isobar integration. Since then, Cindy has been trusted to serve Isobar's most important clients, including Yum China, Danone, Hershey's, GSK, and Kang Shi Fu Noodles. Never content with the status quo, Cindy's hunger to continuously innovate has been recognized on many occasions, most notably with the 2017 Campaign Agency of the Year's Greater China Account Person and dentsu China's Top 3 Vision & Values STAR.

This appointment comes as Tammy Sheu, Isobar Group, Chief Executive Officer, will now focus on her broader responsibilities in her role as Chief Operating Officer of the Creative Service Line. In her previous role as Isobar Group CEO, Tammy drove Isobar's organizational transformation to simplify and deliver integrated tech-enabled solutions. An approach that has solidified Isobar's reputation as an integral part of the dentsu connected ecosystem proposition.
