Notable integrations include Sitecore for content management and ERP for return management authorization, and Microsoft Dynamics for CRM. PayPal, CyberSource, and Ingenico are used as payment methods for different markets. OKTA single sign on, multi-warehousing, GDPR, SnapEngage Live Chat and more features were also implemented to align with Wacom’s global business requirements.
