Position Overview:

Isobar is looking to add a Verticals Marketing coordinator for our client Google, it’s an in-plant position. The Google Ads Marketing Team core focus is to make the web work for the Small, Medium and Large business. The team is designing campaigns and managing marketing programs to help millions of small and large businesses to succeed with Google business products.


The Ads Marketing team is looking for a Verticals Marketing Coordinator, who will manage, execute and measure the Spain Verticals Marketing plan, managing relationships with key stakeholders in sales and marketing teams. This role will cover the full scope from understanding usage market trends, competitors, working cross-functionally and execute campaigns and events.



  • Design and execute marketing campaigns and events.
  • Effectively work with a large group of stakeholders - locally as well as internationally.
  • Work with creative and development agencies to ensure outstanding delivery of marketing campaigns, collaterals, websites and events.
  • Set and manage marketing budgets, identify and work effectively with external partners and vendors.
  • Track and report effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Ability to speak and write English and Spanish fluently and idiomatically.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (marketing or marketing consulting experience preferred).
  • Good project management skills .
  • Good communication and presentation skills, including ability to take complex topics and create compelling narratives for different audiences.
  • Good quantitative reasoning, creativity and strategic skills.
  • Entrepreneurial approach to work with ambiguity and in a very fast-changing environment.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master Degree will be a plus.
  • Good understanding of AdWords benefits and how it adds value to SMBs.
  • Good understanding of the SMB sector and competitive online advertising platforms to AdWords.
